An operator's month in django-nms

  1. First day of the month. One "Full process" action generates invoices for all active contracts, sends them to the e-invoicing platform, creates PDFs with QR codes and e-mails them to the payer or the service recipient. Invoices with VoIP billing get an itemised call list attached.
  2. Every day. Upload the CSV bank statement. Transfers match to customers, balances update, and the "Customer balances" list shows who is behind.
  3. When needed. Select debtors and send a reminder e-mail. Soft or hard blocking of a host is one action; the RADIUS configuration deploys itself.
  4. Quarter and year end. Tax and regulator reports per selling entity, all from the same data.
